FOUNDATION CERTIFICATE COURSE

Module 1 – Foundation of Children's Ministry
Module 2 – Understanding the Old Testament
Module 3 – Three-day practical workshops
The completion of Modules 1 and 2 will take students from four to six months to complete. However, this varies according to each student’s management of time and reading speed. After each module, a test will be given. Students will complete Module 3 within the year. There are no other assignments.
Upon completion of all three modules, a Certificate in Foundation of Children’s Ministry will be awarded.
The course is designed to be as flexible as possible, allowing students to progress at their own pace. Students may enrol without sitting for any of the examinations; however no certificate will then be awarded. No certificate will be awarded if students only complete part of the course.

3-Day Workshops
Students are required to attend the practical workshops in order to complete the Foundation Certificate Course. These workshops will be conducted over 3 days in a year.
STUDENT MEMBERSHIP

Every student must register as a member of Children Ministries Hub Inc.

The annual membership fee is $10.00 per student.

Students must be accountable to a local church pastor.

Easy registration is made through a local Co-ordinator.

If a student is unable to complete the course within a year but wishes to continue the course, membership has to be renewed for the following year.
Enrollment
Students are advised to study the module in the designated order, but the order can be varied with students enrolling first for the practicum. Course materials are sent out as soon as an enrolment has been processed, so that students may opt to receive materials ahead of time by enrolling early. Successful completion of the examinations is required for students seeking to be awarded a certificate.
Course Fees
$480 per annum
CMHub is offering a basic certificate course to children's ministry workers to help them fulfil the Great Commission. Further advance courses will be offered in the near future. Every effort has been made to ensure our courses are non-denominational and applicable to any children’s ministry setting. Upon completion of the Foundation Certificate Course, each volunteer will receive a Certificate in Foundation of Children's Ministry. CMHub is a practical training organisation, not a higher learning institute. This means that our focus is more upon what matters in the practical day-to-day outworking of ministry to children, rather than on the academic issues of theory and theology. Our aim is to ground children's ministry workers in basic understanding of God's Word, and train them in being leaders to the children through the basic course and practical workshops.
