ABOUT THE TEAM
Through extensive travelling, she provides training, coaching, equipping, resourcing, preaching, teaching and writing of curriculum. She works with churches, church planting initiatives, missions, Bible schools, para-church organisations and mission situations through conferences, consultation, preaching, teaching and training. Her greatest passion is to teach, train and nurture children's ministry workers and to bring the Good News to the kids of the nations.
Winnie is married to Patrick and they have two grown up children. Together they work as a team in writing training materials as well as curriculum; conducting seminars and trainings for leaders, teachers and parents, conducting and speaking in children’s camps and services in both local and overseas churches.
Patrick Phoon BTh,
Patrick Phoon is the co-founder and Vice President of Children Ministries Hub Inc. He served full-time as a staff with Scripture Union Singapore (SU) for twelve years before coming to Australia. He has served extensively as a lay Children’s Ministry leader. He actively promotes and teaches Bible reading among children and adults. Patrick has compiled the 52 Creative Ideas to Teach Bible Lessons training programme and is a writer of Old and New Testaments curriculum for primary-aged children and had conducted many workshops in Singapore as well as East and West Malaysia, Cambodia, China, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines and Australia.
Patrick is also a WorldTeach Trainer for Kids in the Book. The husband and wife team also conduct parenting courses and marriage workshops.

Winnie Phoon BTh, MA
Winnie Phoon is the Founder and President of Children Ministries Hub Inc., an independent not-for-profit organisation in Melbourne, Australia. Originally from Singapore, Winnie has served as a lay and full-time children ministry worker for over 20 years. Her ministry experience also involved serving in missions work and in a local Bible college. She is also a WorldTeach trainer and a Kids EE (Evangelism Explosion) Trainer.
